During summer the restaurant is equipped with air-conditioning. It also has a beautiful garden. The restaurant is open to people who do not stay in the hotel.
Our menu is very rich, it has traditional dishes from our region and popular Italian dishes.
We make sure our meals are prepared using mostly regional and seasonal products: mushrooms, truffles, pumpkins, our typical dishes such as polenta, "canederli",
"tortel di patate" and meat.
All of them are combined with our local wines: Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay, Merlot, Teroldego, sparkling wine and a wide selection of grappa.
